Great to meet you!

You might be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or trying to make sense of your identity, relationships, or past experiences. If you’ve ever felt misunderstood or like you have to filter parts of yourself, therapy can feel intimidating.

I work with adults, including LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent individuals, to create a space where you can show up as you are—without judgment. Together, we’ll work through anxiety, trauma, and identity-related challenges so you can feel more grounded, understood, and confident in your life.

My approach to therapy

I help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns so they can begin to respond differently and feel more in control.

Together, we’ll build self-compassion, improve emotional regulation, and develop practical tools that support your daily life. My approach is collaborative and flexible, combining person-centered therapy with CBT and DBT skills so you can gain both insight and real-world strategies.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s completely okay to feel unsure.

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you—your experiences, what’s been coming up for you, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. You don’t need to prepare anything ahead of time, and there’s no pressure to share everything at once. We’ll move at your pace so you can feel comfortable, supported, and understood from the start.
