Great to meet you!

My name is Belle, and I have worked in community health for over 8 years, both as a clinician as well as a manager. I obtained my BSW from NYU and have an MSW from Fordham University. As a clinician at a community clinic, I specialized in reducing symptoms of depression and/or anxiety within a three-month period.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a strengths-based perspective; I don't view people as broken or wounded and in need of fixing. I work within the mindset that you have inherent strengths, and my role is to help tap into those in order to navigate the challenges of the present moment.

What you can expect from me

In therapy with me you can expect us to work collaboratively to identify realistic and concrete goals that are achievable between sessions. I strive to create an environment that is both supportive and non-judgmental, while also challenging you to be your best self.
