Great to meet you!

I often work with individuals who may be dealing with a variety of issues related to depression, anxiety, trauma, loneliness, relationship problems, self-criticism, life transitions, and family of origin issues. As a therapist, I am kind, non-judgmental, and direct; offering a balance of support and gentle challenges when needed.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work from a holistic and relational framework informed by mindfulness, neurobiology, attachment theory and cognitive-behavioral approaches.

What you can expect from our first session

Psychotherapy with me is typically a combination of learning practical tools to help with day-to-day challenges while also cultivating greater access to your own internal resources of strength and intuition to help create the changes you want to make. Part of our work together will be to identify patterns or obstacles that get in the way of your healing and progress. We will also collaborate to prioritize your goals and work at a pace that feels right for you.
