Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Denver, CO with over 20 years of experience working with adults, adolescents, couples, and families across a variety of settings. I build on clients’ strengths and intuitive ways of learning, teaching practical strategies to improve how they think, feel, and act.

My approach to therapy

My approach is affirming and solution-focused. I encourage behaviors that move clients toward their goals and values. While my style is empathetic and supportive, I may also gently challenge perspectives and encourage new behaviors aligned with those goals and values.

What you can expect from me

First session will involve building to rapport and beginning to understand the issues at hand, goal setting, and client should leave the session with a clear understanding of next steps.
