Many people come to therapy because they want something to change, even if they can't quite explain what that change looks like yet. Maybe anxiety keeps you stuck in your head, relationships feel more difficult than they should, or old experiences continue to affect the way you see yourself and the people around you. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship challenges, self-esteem, life transitions, and questions about identity, purpose, and meaning. I believe therapy should be a place where you can better understand yourself, not feel like you have to become someone else.
