Great to meet you!

Hi I’m Ben and I’m a therapist who specializes in addictions, eating disorders, trauma, and anxiety. I have worked in the mental health field for seven years and hold degrees from Temple and Drexel. I thoroughly enjoy being a person of support in people's lives and genuinely get excited to see my clients excel. I am invested in your growth and try to approach some of life's heavier topics with empathy, wisdom, and humor.

My approach to therapy

I love embracing our uniqueness while exploring our self-defeating patterns we may engage in. Some of these patterns are alcohol & drugs, unhealthy relationships with food and our bodies, isolation, codependency, and other avoidance behaviors. I approach these situations judgment-free because at one point in time, these things worked, but now it is up to us to explore healthier alternatives that are sustainable and grant us serenity.

What you can expect from me

Throughout this process of self-discovery, I expect us to run the full gamut of human emotions. I refuse to offer empty promises of always "feeling better" and instead promise that each session we collaboratively will take an active approach to your well-being. Like life, there will be ups and downs, but my promise is we will collaboratively tackle some of these hurdles together in hopes of creating a more fulfilling life.
