Hello, my name is Dr Benedicte Last.
In my long experience as a mother, teacher, pastor, and therapist, I have learned how healing it is for people to find their own truth, release what is not working for them, and set a new course. I have worked with people from many backgrounds and with very diverse needs.
My approach is holistic, warm and person centered. It is important for me to follow your direction and speed in the healing process. Together we will tap into the tool bag that I will bring to the table to support you in finding your own wellness and enthusiasm.
After a session, clients often tell me that they feel comfortable talking to me. And at the same time, they feel they have changed course in the direction they want, during that time.
