I have helped people for over 20 years to manage their lives better and cope with anxiety, depression, and other disorders.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and other therapies, I help individuals and couples understand and manage their difficulties to improve their well being. In my experience, people are seeking relief, hoping for life improvement. They want to feel better quickly. My approach is practical and present-focused.

I have expertise in treating anxiety, including Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD).

I also treat Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRB's), including hair pulling and skin picking.

What you can expect from our first session

I set out to make people feel safe and heard in therapy sessions. Then we can begin the work of therapy. I believe that a trusting, empathic relationship is the "vehicle" through which change can take place.
