Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor who believes healing happens best in a safe, calm, and supportive space. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Troy University and have been providing individual, couples, children, and family counseling since 2022. My work is grounded in empathy, respect, and collaboration, helping clients navigate stress, relationships, grief, anxiety, and personal growth. I strive to create a therapeutic experience where clients feel truly seen, heard, and valued. I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing and peace of mind.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered, meaning I meet you where you are and honor your unique story, values, and goals. I integrate evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies while maintaining a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental presence. I view therapy as a collaborative partnership where insight, healing, and growth develop through trust, reflection, and practical tools you can use in everyday life. My goal is to help you build resilience, strengthen relationships, and create lasting emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a welcoming, safe, and comfortable space where your voice is truly valued. We will spend time getting to know each other as I ask thoughtful questions about your background, current concerns, and goals for therapy. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions about my approach, the counseling process, or what working together might look like. Together, we will begin identifying what you need most and take the first gentle steps toward healing and growth. You will leave with a sense of clarity, support, and hope for what lies ahead.
