Great to meet you!

I have over 25 years working with professionals and their families. I have worked in both healthcare and corporate settings and have clinical, crisis, management and directorship roles. In my private practice, my specialties include serious health challenges such as cancer, Parkinson's and organ transplant, complicated grief and survivors of traumatic events/disasters. Additionally, I work with anxiety/depression, addiction recovery, relational issues, spectrum disorders, cross-cultural issues, work-life balance, clergy, law enforcement and medical professionals.

My approach to therapy

(Virtual Only) Humans are "perfectly imperfect" - we all are. And each of us are both unique and intricate in this, as well. So, trust and collaboration are everything. I work with you to clarify the source(s) of your distress, identify the thoughts and behaviors that may not be serving you at this time and establish the changes you need to make to more fully embrace the life you want to be living.

What you can expect from me

My style is warm, friendly and open. I am committed to providing a safe and warm environment, where you can speak freely, gain personal clarity, discover or rediscover strengths within yourself as well as those available in you're life, accept what you must, face what you need to and be empowered to make changes you may never have considered or thought possible.
