Great to meet you!

I understand that reaching out for therapy can be one of the hardest steps to take, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, grief, and other emotional challenges.

My goal is to build a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust, collaboration, and authenticity. I believe that every person has unique strengths, and I enjoy helping clients better understand themselves while developing practical skills to navigate life’s difficulties. Whether you’re facing a recent challenge or have been struggling for years, I’m committed to meeting you where you are and supporting you as you work toward meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and tailored to your unique needs. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), supportive therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing effective strategies for managing life’s challenges.

Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build on your existing strengths, and work toward realistic, meaningful goals. I believe therapy should provide both a safe space to process difficult experiences and practical tools you can use outside of our sessions. My goal is to help you gain confidence, improve your coping skills, and create lasting positive change at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin creating a space where you feel comfortable being yourself. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, your experiences, your strengths, and the goals you would like to work toward.

I’ll take time to understand your unique story while we begin exploring ways to help you manage challenges, gain insight, and create meaningful change. Therapy is a partnership, and my role is to support you with compassion, guidance, and practical tools along the way.
