Benjamin Gajdorus

My background is in psychology, social work, and substance use/addiction. I have my Master of Social Work degree, and licensure for clinical practice. See below for specific treatment modalities.

I approach psychotherapy utilizing techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and motivational enhancement therapy. I have extensive experience working with patients struggling with addiction, anxiety disorders, spiritual concerns, and personality disorders. I aim to be fair, rational, direct, and collaborative in my approach to working with clients.

I tend to be solution-focused in my approach and work towards assisting my clients in reaching their personal mental health or recovery goals. I focus on motivational interviewing to explore tools patients can utilize to meet their own goals.
