I am a licensed clinical social worker, certified addictions professional & an advanced heart-centered hypnotherapist, ART / EMDR & Imago-Trained Couples Therapist in Florida with over 13 years of experience working as a therapist- counselor & hypnotherapist.

I work with many types of clients / concerns both individually and as couples, including depression, anxiety, codependency, addictions to people / behaviors and substances, LGBT-related issues, relationship issues, spirituality, career challenges, trauma.

My counseling style is warm, interactive, thoughtful, client centered.

Some clients want coping skills, some want deeper emotional unpacking. I help with both.

I'm a SMART Recovery facilitator and conversant with 12-Step Programs for addictions with substances, behaviors.

I am trained in powerful, heart-centered therapies which can include deep inner child work / hypnotherapy as well as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desentization Reprocessing) for more rapid therapy, evidence based therapy that works.

I support how clients connect to what is meaningful for them in the way they feel comfortable with.

After a first session, my clients report coming away feeling validated and that they received practical tools to help them. Many report that they come away feeling that they are able to start looking more deeply into their inner mirror with some deeper ideas to reflect upon.

Therapy is about personal transformation, moving into an expression of your highest and best self. I love to watch and support people consciously working to move themselves forward on their Life Path.
