Benjamin Ginther

My name is Benjamin Ginther. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2021, however I have worked in Mental Health for over 33 years. I also have a therapist...and have participated in Therapy since the 2nd grade. (When my parents divorced.)

I believe the absolute best Therapy starts with and maintains a Humanistic approach. The Therapists that talked down to me from a cool clinical detached approach never got much from me. The Therapists that were just as flawed, and real, as me Connected.

Be here, Here is safe place. I am a safe person and I will answer any questions you have about me. Ask... I assure you I value my Integrity above anything so, I will always be honest with you. Be here now. Even though we will be exploring your darkest corners and shadowy painful memories, we are still together in Our shared space and it is now not then...so don't get stuck in your own labyrinths, because right here, right now we are safe. I am just a guide on your journey steering the ship.

A feeling of having dropped an enormous weight. Seeing that touchstone memory from a very different perspective. Relaxed and not feeling threatened by anybody or anything. You will have learned the skill of creating your Calm-Safe space just as our primary resource... with many, many more at your disposal depending on wants and needs.
