Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychologist working with adults navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, insomnia, grief, relationship concerns, life transitions, and chronic pain. I earned my PsyD in Clinical Psychology through the PGSP-Stanford PsyD Consortium at Palo Alto University.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, humanistic, and grounded in evidence-based care. I draw primarily on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches — but the specifics matter less to me than the fit between us. I am as interested in what gives your life meaning and direction as I am in addressing what brought you in, and I try to build a therapeutic relationship that feels like real teamwork, where we work side by side.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my main goal is to get to know you. I will ask about what brings you to therapy right now, gather some background, and hear about any past experience with therapy. I hope to cultivate a space that feels welcoming and unrushed, at a pace that works for you. Above all, that first session is about figuring out together whether I am the right fit.
