I am a licensed mental health counselor. I received my undergraduate degree from Bard College and my masters from Marist. I have experience treating a broad range of clients from my background in college counseling, private practice, and employee assistance programs. I specialize in the treatment of OCD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance abuse, men's issues, relationships, and veteran's issues. I am well-versed in working with LGBTQ clients.

My approach to therapy

I blend techniques from the ACT, CBT, psychodynamic, interpersonal, and existential paradigms. I tailor my approach to fit each client.
