Great to meet you!

Refuge Therapy is, foremost, a safe space where anyone can feel known and understood during a challenging time in their life. Many of my clients come from the following groups: emerging adults, caregivers -- including pastors, nurses, teachers, and couples. My goal is to help clients connect with truth, beauty, and goodness in their lives. If you are experiencing emotional distress, marital and/or parenting challenges, or other struggles, I can be a safe person to help you process your story. As soon as you reach out, I would be happy to provide a place of refuge supporting you as you take the next step in your healing process.

My approach to therapy

I have a certification in restoration therapy which is a therapy model based in attachment theory. I also draw from collaborative, solution focused and narrative therapy approaches.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, safe environment where they are free to process anything they want to. We will set measurable goals and identify desired outcomes and work in a collaborative way towards these ends.

To schedule a free 15 minute consultation call to discuss therapy and scheduling options please call 813-815-2645 or email me at [email protected].
