Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when stress, anxiety, relationship conflict, family challenges, or substance use begin affecting your daily life. You may find yourself stuck in the same arguments, struggling to cope with difficult emotions, feeling disconnected from the people you care about, or relying on patterns that once helped but no longer serve you. Sometimes it can feel like you're carrying more than others realize while trying to figure out how to move forward. Therapy can be a space to slow down, gain perspective, and begin creating changes that support the life and relationships you want.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, addiction and substance use concerns, relationship difficulties, family conflict, and life stress. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and rooted in the belief that every person deserves to feel respected, understood, and free from judgment. At the same time, I believe meaningful growth comes from developing greater self-awareness, ownership, and understanding of the patterns that influence our choices, relationships, and emotional well-being. Together, we’ll identify what may be keeping you stuck, build on the strengths you already have, and develop healthier ways of coping, communicating, and responding to life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

I believe lasting change happens when people feel safe enough to be honest with themselves and supported enough to try something different. In our work together, we’ll explore your values, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and create space for healthier and more fulfilling relationships with others. My goal is to help you move toward a greater sense of balance, confidence, and freedom—not by becoming someone different, but by building a deeper understanding of who you are and what you need to thrive.
