Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you’re caught in patterns that no longer serve you. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship challenges, or the effects of trauma, you don’t have to work through it alone. I work with adults and couples who are looking for greater clarity, stronger relationships, and meaningful change. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addiction Counselor, I bring clinical experience, personal recovery experience, and a practical perspective to therapy. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to who you are and what you need. I draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and Motivational Interviewing (MI) within a trauma-informed, person-centered framework. Together, we’ll work to better understand the patterns affecting your life, build practical coping skills, and develop healthier ways of responding to challenges. I believe therapy should be both supportive and practical, helping you gain insight while also giving you tools you can use in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’re currently experiencing, what you hope to change, and what you would like to get out of the therapeutic process. I’ll answer any questions you have about therapy and work with you to develop a plan that feels realistic and appropriate for your goals. Most importantly, you can expect a judgment-free space where you can be yourself and begin the process at a pace that feels comfortable.
