Clients should know that I am deeply committed to guiding them on their journey towards inner healing and self-discovery. I received two undergraduate degrees from Lindsey Wilson College within three years and attended the University of Louisville to receive a Masters in Social Work and a Masters in Couple & Family Therapy by 2021. Since graduation, I've worked in outpatient therapy settings, focusing on helping adults work through past traumas, anxiety and depression, and low self-esteem.

With a foundation of inclusivity, respect, and unwavering support, I tailor my approach to meet unique needs and aspirations. Drawing upon my Level 1 training and years of expertise in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, I offer a compassionate space where individuals can rewrite their life's script and rediscover their true selves. Together, we navigate through the challenges of past traumas, low self-esteem, and negative emotions towards a path of authentic living and self-love.

Through our work together, they will learn how to engage in healthy and positive self-talk, fostering a deep sense of comfort within their minds.
