Great to meet you!

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I graduated from Syracuse University in 2018. I work with adolescents and adults across the life span.

My approach to therapy

I strongly believe in the changing power of therapy. I also believe that therapy can become and indulgent trap if it isn't ultimately focused on growth, change and healing. My approach is to work with you on identifying these things and working to achieve them.

What you can expect from me

The most important component of effective therapy is the match between client and therapist. In our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other and exploring your needs. Once we determine we are a good fit, we will collaborate on developing therapy goals and plan on how to achieve them.
