Great to meet you!

Hey! I'm glad you're here. Reaching out for support can be difficult, and whether you're struggling with anxiety, OCD, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can provide a space to better understand yourself and move toward healing.

For over 16 years, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals and families through some of life's most challenging moments. My experience includes working in emergency medicine, oncology, hospice, behavioral health, and educational settings, helping people navigate crisis, loss, illness, emotional pain, and change.

I specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD, helping clients reduce the impact of intrusive thoughts, compulsions, and anxiety. I also incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients develop greater self-understanding, self-compassion, and healing. For couples, I utilize principles from the Gottman Method to strengthen communication, deepen connection, and navigate conflict more effectively.

For those who desire it, I welcome conversations about spirituality, meaning, purpose, and personal values. I believe therapy is one of humanity's oldest forms of healing, and it remains a privilege to walk alongside people as they navigate life's challenges and discover new possibilities for growth, resilience, and hope.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe that symptoms often point to deeper concerns that deserve understanding rather than judgment. Together, we'll explore the underlying patterns contributing to suffering while building practical tools for growth and change. While therapy often involves addressing difficult topics, I also believe humor can be a powerful healing tool when used thoughtfully and professionally. Sometimes a well-timed laugh can create connection, foster resilience, and remind us that even during life's hardest moments, hope remains present.
