Great to meet you!

I have been a Licensed Clinical Psychologist for over 25 years, and have developed and trained people in an integrative model of therapy that incorporates advanced techniques for overcoming trauma and reaching goals.

My approach to therapy

My work is designed to get you to experience a breakthrough within the very first session, and in each session after that as well. The work is gentle yet profound, and you will experience a newfound sense of lightness and possibility as you strip away old layers of trauma and unresolved negative experiences. After each session, you have a new focus and action steps to keep you moving forward.

What you can expect from me

I use a variety of treatment modalities, tailored to your specific needs and situation. By combining the best trauma-informed and integrative approaches such as EMDR, Mindfulness, CBT, Parts Work, Aroma Freedom Technique, and more, you will notice resistance and doubt melting away, and a newfound sense of hope, possibility, and confidence that you can manifest your dreams, hopes, and desires.
