Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and also a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor I (LADC). I have a Masters of Education in mental health, addictions, and marriage and family therapy. I have worked with families, adolescents and adults for over the last 13 years in a variety of settings. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Family Systems Therapy.

My approach to therapy

We will navigate problem areas and help you develop skills to cope. I'm happy to offer insight in any area that I can to help meet you where you are at. I enjoy working with individuals to address any conflicts, stressors, or unhealthy patterns. We will work together to help you achieve the goals you desire.
