Masters in social work with 6+ years in practice as a therapist, I have training in experiential emotional therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. I specialize in treatment around life transitions, LGBTQ+ affirming therapy, men's work, anxiety and depression.

The most clinically effective part of therapy is the relationship. I utilize the relationship we build to explore emotional experience in session following your insights and desired goals and providing psychoeducation and feedback based on clinical research.

Working with me, the primary goal of therapy is about you getting to know yourself through relationship and emotional experience and then developing insight to add structure to your thoughts, emotions and experiences.
