Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who works with teens, and adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, life transitions, and relationship difficulties.

I believe that every person has strengths, even when life feels overwhelming. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood and empowered. Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in the way, build practical tools that fit your life, and work toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and practical. I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs rather than using the same approach for everyone. I integrate evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT, DBT, and mindfulness to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing effective coping strategies.

Whether we’re addressing ADHD, anxiety, stress, or relationship challenges, I focus on helping clients build insight while also leaving each session with practical tools they can apply in everyday life. I believe therapy works best when clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in the process.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. I’ll take time to understand what brings you to therapy, learn about your background, and explore the challenges you’re currently facing. We’ll discuss your goals, answer any questions you have about the therapy process, and begin developing a plan that feels right for you.

My priority is creating a comfortable, welcoming environment where you can speak openly without fear of judgment. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer understanding of how we’ll work together and the first steps toward achieving your goals.
