Great to meet you!

My hope is that all of my clients will begin to approach both themselves and their world with more gentleness. I have over sixteen years of experience and have treated child, adolescent and adults with trauma, depression, anxiety and learning differences. With two degrees in mental health, Art Therapy and Social Work, my practice is unique in that I can offer both traditional talk therapy and tailored art therapy technique to help someone achieve their goals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

All of my interventions are catered to the person I am working with. I have extensive experience working with individuals (of all ages) with histories of trauma. I work well with individuals who are ready to make a change and are seeking a warm and intuitive therapist who actively participates in sessions.

What you can expect from our first session

Every moment we have a chance to begin again. It would be an honor to help you find peace in more of your moments.
