Great to meet you!

I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) LCSW who helps individuals navigate anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. I will strive to meet my client's needs. Life tends to take us on various journeys. Not all clients are the same, and everyone has the right to their healing process. We will work as a team to overcome challenges. I will strive to meet my client's needs. Life tends to take us on various journeys. Not all clients are the same, and everyone has the right to their healing process. We will work as a team to overcome challenges. My goal is to maintain a safe and confidential environment to help overcome adversity.

My approach to therapy

I maintain a holistic approach and a strength-based perspective when working with clients. I also use a warm, practical, and evidence-based approach grounded in CBT. I empower clients to build coping skills, gain insight, and create lasting change in a supportive and culturally responsive environment.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. It is normal to feel worried or scared. This is your therapeutic journey, and you can set the pace. I will be here to guide you through this process.
