My approach to therapy is collaborative, direct, compassionate, and goal-oriented. I believe that every individual has unique strengths, and therapy is a process of helping clients recognize those strengths while developing effective tools to navigate life’s challenges.
I use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based strategies to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we will work to identify patterns that may be contributing to distress and develop healthier coping skills and perspectives.
I tailor treatment to each client’s needs, whether they are seeking support for managing anxiety or mood symptoms, improving relationships, building self-confidence, or navigating life transitions.
