Great to meet you!

Hi! As a licensed professional counselor, I believe that prioritizing your mental health is key to happiness and stability in your world. I have been in the mental health field since 2019 and have enjoyed every person I have been privileged to support.

My approach to therapy

My typical approach to therapy is beginning with building a strong relationship. I believe there is more power in the therapeutic relationship than any other factor. I typically pull from CBT approaches and a trauma & attachment lens.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
