I’m Bernadette and I’m a Licensed therapist in California. I specialize in working with high achieving women struggling with stress and anxiety to create more balance in life. Does it feel like you keep taking on more even though you're at capacity? Do you have trouble saying no? Does it feel impossible to prioritize YOUR needs over others?

I help by using a variety of research backed skills to support clients in feeling more empowered in their lives. My approach to therapy is gentle and collaborative. In our first few sessions, you can expect lots of questions to help me understand how to best support you followed by creating realistic goals for therapy. I’m a fully virtual practice making it convenient for your high achieving, busy lifestyle. I’m passionate about this work, as a high achieving woman myself, because helping others realize you don’t need to ‘do it all’ is key to finding balance.
