I am a licensed therapist and author, and I will help you right away to relieve stress and anxiety through targeted interventions. I Graduated with my masters from Monmouth University in 2006, and founded Shore Behavioral Health in 2010.

I will help you identify the tools that have been working for you, manage the ones that are not, and develop new ones for your new and emerging chapter. I will help you to gain insight, confidence, and character. This part of you is there right now and it always has been. It is just blocked by any combination of stress, trauma, grief, pain, etc. We will break through that blockage so that you can emerge as the rockstar that you are.
