I began my career as an ER nurse, where I frequently encountered patients with mental health and substance abuse issues. Witnessing the stigma and discrimination they faced motivated me to pursue a career as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). My goal has always been to provide compassionate and holistic care to these individuals. I attended Nova Southeastern University and am certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
