Great to meet you!

You've probably gotten so used to holding everything together that it's hard to imagine what it would feel like to actually put some of it down. I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are carrying trauma, substance use struggles, PTSD, bipolar disorder, or borderline personality patterns, often all at once. My work is about helping people find the strengths they already have so they can stop just coping and start building toward the life they actually want.

My approach to therapy

We start by looking closely at the patterns that keep showing up, especially around trauma and substance use, and we work together to build real skills for managing them day to day. This isn't about talking in circles. You'll walk away from our work with concrete tools you can actually use when things get hard, and a clearer sense of why you respond to situations the way you do. I work best with people who are ready to look inward, even when that's uncomfortable, and who want a plan, not just a place to vent.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is simple: we get to know each other, and I start laying out small, manageable steps toward a treatment plan built around your goals, not a generic template. There's no pressure to have it all figured out before we talk. If any of this sounds like where you are right now, I'd love for you to reach out.
