My therapy approach is discussion based, with the goal of improving your understanding of yourself as an individual who is emotionally differentiated from your family and relationship history.

Sessions with me are focused on processing past examples that you have gone through, creating a sense of personal responsibility, and learning the life lessons that you should have gotten from your family of origin. I also provide a variety of tools and materials to help you think about the choices you make every day in a more mature way.
