Great to meet you!

I offer a grounded, practical, and collaborative space to help you heal, grow, and move forward with clarity. If you're feeling stuck in old patterns or seeking a deeper sense of direction, we will work together to make sense of your story and build a path toward lasting independence.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is rooted in honest dialogue, active listening, and evidence-based tools. I integrate Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), breathwork, reflective journaling, dream exploration, and narrative techniques.Rather than just talking about problems, we’ll focus on actionable solutions and personal responsibility. Together, we will uncover underlying patterns, explore new choices, and equip you with practical tools to cultivate deeper self-awareness, courage, and self-compassion.

What you can expect from me

By the time you "graduate" therapy, you'll have portable tools for sustainable growth. The cornerstones are: developing strong self regard, taking personal responsibility, acting with clarity and authenticity, and nurturing empowered relationships grounded in mutual understanding.
