Great to meet you!

Empowerment through Self-Discovery. In today’s fast-paced and often overwhelming world, many individuals find themselves grappling with a sense of disconnection, distress, or a lack of purpose. As a therapist, I firmly believe that the path to mental and emotional well-being begins with empowerment and self-discovery. My therapeutic approach is designed to help clients embark on a journey of recognizing and embracing their inherent strengths, fostering a sense of agency and connection to themselves. (Diversity Affirmative & Inclusive: LGBTQ+ & Cisgender care)

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach blends reflective dialog, cognitive techniques, breathwork, journaling, and mindfulness practices, to support you in cultivating the courage, self-compassion and accountability to actively create the life you want to live.
