Great to meet you!

You may be at a point where you know something needs to change, but you are not quite sure how to get there. Maybe you have been carrying stress, struggling with your relationships, feeling stuck in familiar patterns, or trying to make sense of experiences shaped by your family, culture, or faith.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Georgia, with experience across university settings, hospitals, forensic settings, community mental health, Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), and corporate Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). One of my greatest strengths is helping people feel genuinely heard. I bring curiosity, compassion, and a sincere desire to understand your story so that therapy can be a place where you feel comfortable looking honestly at where you are and where you want to go.

My approach to therapy

Our work will begin with understanding your story, strengths, and experiences. Using CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Culturally Sensitive Therapy, I help you recognize patterns, explore meaningful change, build on your strengths, and develop practical solutions. For those who desire it, Christian Counseling can thoughtfully integrate faith and spirituality into therapy. My collaborative approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and thoughtful questions that support meaningful growth.

What you can expect from me

You don’t need to have everything figured out before therapy. In our first session, we’ll discuss what brought you in, identify meaningful goals, and create a direction for our work together. In future sessions, I’ll listen closely to help you gain clarity so you can take the right steps toward a more fulfilling and peaceful life.
