Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Bertha Osorio-Campbell, affectionately known as Ms. B. I’m a double board-certified nurse practitioner in family and psychiatric mental health care, with a strong foundation in holistic and functional medicine. I work with clients across the lifespan, with a special heart for children and adolescents, as well as women navigating trauma, emotional overload, and major life transitions. My practice is intentionally small and personalized, allowing me to provide thoughtful, high-quality care that supports optimal healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in functional psychiatry, trauma-informed care, and whole-person healing. I focus on understanding why symptoms are showing up by looking at stress, nervous system regulation, sleep, hormones, lifestyle, and lived experiences—not just diagnoses. Care is empowering and collaborative, blending education, insight, and evidence-based treatment so clients feel informed and involved. My goal is to help clients move toward clarity, balance, and greater freedom in their mental and emotional health.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a focused, thoughtful conversation where your experiences are explored with care and intention. We’ll talk through what’s been happening, how it’s showing up in your body and daily life, and what you’re hoping to move toward. From the beginning, this is a collaborative process—I bring clinical insight and perspective, while honoring your lived experience and inner awareness. Together, we’ll begin shaping a plan that feels safe, empowering, and aligned, with the goal of supporting optimal healing and meaningful, lasting change.
