For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by the power of connecting. I love connecting to listen, connecting to support, and connecting to heal. My education and 10+ years of counseling experience have allowed me to touch different people in amazing ways.

As a childhood sexual abuse overcomer, I am positioned to be present in the online counseling room with understanding and empathy. I am living proof that counseling can heal the wounds of the past.

My approach to counseling is person-centered. You are at the center of everything in the online counseling room. I have been trained in trauma-informed, cognitive, and mindfulness approaches. Additionally, I am trained to help couples heal and work through challenges connecting and relating.
