Great to meet you!

Welcome to my page! Thank you for taking your time to get to know me. My name is Beryl, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a guide for inner landscapes, and a fellow traveler on the path of healing. With over 15 years of clinical experience and a master’s degree in Loma Linda University, my work is rooted in presence, and trust in the unfolding human journey.

My approach to therapy

I work through a multicultural lens, and offer therapy in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. I specialize in support women through life’s transitions, navigating relationship dynamics, work-related stress, intergenerational communication or trauma, and the often-complex path of personal growth. It’s my duty to offer insight, authenticity, and gentle guidance as we move toward greater self-understanding and wholeness.

Outside of my role as a therapist, I am a daughter, a wife, and mom of two. I find peace in slow walk-through nature, the stillness of art museum, and the joyfulness in my ride with new audiobooks/ podcast for inspiration! Wherever you are on your journey- I hope you find support and encouragement on your self-discovery journey.

What you can expect from me

I am passionate to walk with my clients who are ready to explore their inner selves with honesty and compassion. I believe that growth begins with reflection, and I strive to create a safe and nurturing space where you can embrace your story and uncover new possibilities.
