Great to meet you!

I’m a clinically licensed social worker dedicated to supporting individuals navigating chronic illness, grief and loss, caregiver stress, and major life transitions. I know how overwhelming it can feel when life changes in ways you didn’t expect — whether through a new diagnosis, the loss of someone you love, a shift in identity, or a season where you no longer feel like yourself.

In our work together, my goal is to create a space where you feel deeply heard, supported, and understood. I take a compassionate, client-centered approach, helping you process complex emotions, build resilience, and begin finding steadiness again at your own pace.

I have experience supporting individuals facing long-term medical conditions, caregiver burnout, relationship changes, career transitions, grief, and the emotional weight that often comes with uncertainty. Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to your unique story. We’ll honor both what you’re carrying and the strengths you already have within you.

I integrate evidence-based therapy approaches with warmth, authenticity, and cultural sensitivity. Whether you are adjusting to illness, grieving a loss, or trying to find your footing in a new chapter of life, I’m here to walk alongside you with care, honesty, and support.

I believe that even in seasons of hardship, healing and growth are possible — and you don’t have to navigate that process alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices such as CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and meaning-centered therapy. Together, we’ll explore the thought patterns, emotions, and behaviors that may be keeping you stuck, while also identifying your values, strengths, and goals. My aim is to help you build insight, develop practical tools, and deepen trust in yourself as you move toward the life you want.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect warmth, curiosity, and a nonjudgmental space where you can share at your own pace. I’ll take time to understand what brings you to therapy, what you’ve been carrying, and what you’re hoping to work toward. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and clear on how we can begin moving forward together.
