Great to meet you!

I help people who feel like outliers, who feel misunderstood. My clients include LGBTQ+ individuals, athletes, artists, and others who don't feel like they truly fit in to the mainstream. I work with people who want to tap into the strength that comes from facing our fears and no longer being defined by hard times in our lives. Life is for living, even when it hasn't looked how we've expected it to.

My approach to therapy

Join me in therapy designed to help you reduce anxiety, heal from trauma and discover belonging as your genuine self. My approach is strengths-based, affirming, and focused on building resilience, well-being and confidence. Therapy is a space where you can show up as your full self, without the fear of rejection.

What you can expect from me

I show up to sessions as a person first, and a therapist second. We are two people working together to help you live the life you desire. I utilize an eclectic mix of treatment approaches, including CBT, person centered and mindfulness interventions. You are one-of-a-kind and your treatment should be as well.
