Great to meet you!

Do you worry you don't fit in, like if you show up as your full self, you could be rejected? Do you feel weird, like an outlier or like you can't seem to find your place in the world? Do you find yourself on a different life path than those around you? I get it, and feeling that way can be an exhausting, lonely way to go through life. BUT we can change that! We can work together through challenges like performance or social anxiety, identity and self-acceptance, coping with rejection or discrimination, strengthening your resilience and finding power in vulnerability.

My approach to therapy

In our sessions, you’ll find a safe, supportive space to take off the “mask,” explore who you are beyond labels and roles, and build tools for confidence, belonging, and emotional well-being. We will face your fears together, acknowledge life experiences that may negatively impact you and learn ways to heal and grow through challenges.

You deserve support and belonging, for being exactly who you are. If you’re ready to strengthen your resilience, reduce stress, and live more authentically, I’d be honored to help.

What you can expect from me

I work with people who feel like they are on the outside looking in, who want to tap into the strength that comes from facing our fears and traumatic life experiences. My approach is strengths-based, affirming, and focused on building resilience, confidence, and emotional well-being.

In sessions, we will collaborate to ensure you feel safe, motivated and hopeful. I utilize an eclectic mix of treatment approaches, including CBT, person centered and mindfulness interventions. You are one-of-a-kind and your treatment should be as well.
