Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m Beth A. Bobbitt, LCSW, and I’m so glad you're here.

Life can feel overwhelming at times—stress, anxiety, chronic pain, relationship challenges, and transitions can make everything seem heavier. My goal is to guide you with compassion, empower you with new skills, and give you the tools to thrive. Whether you're seeking support for life’s toughest moments or striving for personal growth, I’m dedicated to helping you tap into your own resilience and strength.

My approach to therapy

Warm, Direct, and Empowering

As a "momma bear" therapist, I bring a mix of warmth, humor, and directness to our sessions. We'll work hard together while making space for fun and self-compassion.

I use a blend of evidence-based approaches and therapeutic tools to meet your needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), and EMDR, to help us explore how you react to stress, pain, and trauma. Together, we'll find the strategies that work best for you.

What you can expect from me

In therapy, there is no one-size-fits-all solution. The work we do will be tailored to your unique needs, goals, and pace. Our first step is to create clear, measurable goals to guide our time together. You’ll leave each session with actionable tools to use in your life, and we’ll track progress along the way. If it’s short-term relief or long-term transformation you seek, I’ll be here to support you every step of the way.
