Great to meet you!

I’m Beth, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly 20 years of experience supporting children, teens, adults, and families. I provide a safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.

I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Boston College and have worked across a variety of settings including outpatient mental health, therapeutic day schools, community-based programs, and public education. For the past several years, I’ve worked as a school social worker in a public school, providing counseling, crisis intervention, and support for students facing emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges.

My approach to therapy

I help clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, family conflict, and life transitions. In therapy, we focus on practical, achievable goals, including building coping skills, strengthening relationships, increasing self-awareness, and fostering resilience.

What you can expect from me

I use a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, and relational frameworks. My goal is to help clients gain insight, develop healthy strategies, and feel more confident in their ability to thrive.

Whether for yourself or your child, I provide a warm, structured, and supportive space for growth and healing.
