Great to meet you!

Relationships are some of the hardest things we navigate — and grief is one of the heaviest things we carry. If you're in the middle of a family conflict that feels like it's pulling everyone apart, or you're sitting with a loss that's hard to put into words, you don't have to figure it out alone. As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I work with individuals, couples, and families who are navigating the moments that shake the foundation — and I'm here to help you find solid ground again.

My approach to therapy

I believe the relationship between therapist and client is where healing actually happens. Sessions aren't about advice-giving or following a rigid script — they're a space where you can slow down, say the thing you haven't been able to say, and start to understand what's underneath the patterns that keep showing up. I draw on a systemic lens, meaning I look at how your relationships and context shape what you're experiencing, not just the symptoms in isolation. My approach is warm, direct, and paced by you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is mostly about you getting comfortable and me getting to know your story. We'll talk about what brought you in, what's been hardest lately, and what you're hoping therapy can do for you. I won't push you to share more than you're ready to. By the end, we'll have a clearer sense of what we want to work on together — and you'll leave knowing what to expect going forward. Most people feel a little lighter just having said things out loud.
