Great to meet you!

Welcome. If you're here, I'd like to hear what brought you here. I've always been told that I am a good listener and a calming presence, both personally and professionally. Let's talk to see if you agree. A relationship between a client and therapist is just that, a relationship. One size does not fit all. Feel free to contact me to schedule a free consultation and we can begin from there.

I gained my clinical experience working with adults and their families in a Partial Hospitalization Program in NYC. This provided me with experience in utilizing many clinical interventions while working with adolescents and adults struggling with a variety of mental health issues ranging from mild to severe in intensity.

My approach to therapy

My approach to treatment begins with me learning about where you are unsatisfied in your life, struggling or confused. We then work collaboratively to identify a treatment plan with interventions specifically tailored to achieving your goals, identifying conflicts and barriers. We'll review their efficacy and make necessary changes as we move through the therapeutic process. The chosen interventions will be based upon your presenting problem along with the material that we discover along the way.

We will work towards not only resolving your current problems but also leaving you with a tool box of coping skills and strategies that can be helpful in all areas of your life beyond therapy.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be about getting to know you and your perception of your presenting problems. We will begin to unravel your thoughts from your feelings and clarify the issues to focus on. My goal is that you will leave the session feeling more hopeful, positive and empowered.
