Great to meet you!

Hi there! My name is Beth and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience helping people address depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and personal growth (to name a few!).

My approach to therapy

I am passionate about creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. I believe in a collaborative and tailored approach to therapy. I want you to feel like you have some control of your therapy experience , and I like to say that we will do "experiments" - we want to find skills and solutions that work for YOU specifically. We can try things out and move on to the next if we need to.

What you can expect from me

Some of my preferred therapeutic models are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Solutions-Focused Therapy. I often integrate multiple modalities -again, I want to find the approach that works for YOU!

I am excited to work together and determine how to navigate this phase of life. Welcome in!
