Great to meet you!

Feeling depressed, anxious, overwhelmed, or heartbroken? Life can be challenging, and sometimes we all need support. I'd be honored to help you walk through your difficult situations and emotions. With several years of experience helping people from all walks of life, I take a non-judgmental approach tailored to your unique circumstances, helping you heal, solve problems, manage challenges, and grow into the person you want to be.

My approach to therapy

My approach is to make sure that you feel listened to and validated in your emotional experience. Then, I help you explore your situations, feelings and needs, to help you gain clarity, uncover solutions, and find the courage and strength to handle life in the ways that are right for you.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I'll get to know you a bit, and find out what you hope to gain from the time you spend in therapy. I'll ask you some basic information about yourself and your background, so I can begin to understand your story and support you as we explore your current needs.
