In our first session, clients can expect a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where they feel heard and respected. We’ll spend time getting to know one another, discussing what brought you to therapy, and identifying the concerns you’d like support with.
I take a person-centered approach, meaning I tailor therapy to your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. The first session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past, and get a sense of whether my style feels like a good fit.
I recognize that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and I deeply respect the courage it takes to take that first step. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate environment where you feel supported as we begin working together toward greater self-understanding, improved relationships, and meaningful strategies to enhance your overall well-being.
