Great to meet you!

I am so glad you're here! Reaching out for support takes courage, and I'm honored to be a part of that next step. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado, as well as a wife, mom and rancher with deep roots in agriculture. I believe counseling should feel welcoming, supportive and genuine. My background and education in grief, trauma, and experiential equine-assisted practice has shaped a grounded, connection-focused style that helps people feel seen, supported and understood to create meaningful changes with hope for what's ahead.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered, strengths based, and focused on connection. I believe you know yourself best and my role is to walk alongside you with support, honesty, and practical tools as you work toward greater clarity, healing, and growth. I draw from trauma-informed care, grief work, and the lessons I've learned through equine-assisted practice--especially the importance of trust, awareness, boundaries, and being present. Together, we'll focus on what is working, what feels stuck, and what can help you move forward with greater confidence, peace and hope.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I'll take time to get to know you, what brought you to therapy , and what you'd like life to feel like moving forward. We will talk about your goals, what has and hasn't helped in the past, and what support would feel most useful now. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, comfortable and clear about what we can work on together.
